The Potato Drop to help fill local food pantries has been canceled will begin Saturday morning at 8:30 am at the warehouse on Depot Street in Martinsville.
Farmers donated more than 20 tons of white potatoes to be bagged by volunteers. It’s a lot of fun and goes quickly when you have plenty of people to help you get those potatoes bagged. Local food pantries can start picking up their bagged potatoes at 10:00 am.
All are encouraged to stop by and help us bag potatoes to feed local families in need.
